We try our very best to ensure that when we deliver to our customers through our delivery partners, our products arrive in perfect condition. We are very good at this, but on the rare occasion it can happen that a delivery arrives with slight damage or a missing part and so I am here to help.
If you could complete the section below with your name, postcode and order number, I will ensure that you receive a speedy response and solution. We aim to reply the same day and send out any replacement parts within 24 hrs and usually for next day (mon – fri) delivery.
If possible, please send a reference to the damaged / missing part so that we can make sure we know the correct part before we contact you.
You will receive an email back from me so that you have a reference and we will be in touch usually the same day (Mon -Fri) with a resolution.
