If you change your mind, unopened and unassembled furniture can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. (You will be responsible for return shipping costs however we can arrange a collection with our courier Monday to Friday only)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fully assembled furniture unless there’s a confirmed manufacturing fault.
If your furniture arrives faulty/damaged or any parts are missing, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
