Return & Refund Policy

We understand that on occasion it is necessary for goods to be returned.

Any items supplied in error, please bring them to the attention of Frank Olsen Furniture within 30 days of receipt of the items. Please contact us at support@frankolsenfurniture.co.uk

The necessary arrangements for collection and credit will be agreed with the Customer Services Manager. Please note; any claims communicated outside of this limit cannot be accepted.

Any items delivered as a result of an incorrect customer order, please bring them to the attention of Frank Olsen Furniture within 14 days of their receipt. Please contact us at support@frankolsenfurniture.co.uk. Provided the item is in a re-saleable condition, (i.e. unused, unmarked, un-assembled and in original unmarked packaging) we will refund you the full price that you paid for the product including any standard delivery cost.
