Terms and Conditions and Returns/Exchange Policy

Welcome to the Frank Olsen Family! We’re thrilled to have you as a customer, and we want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the following:

1. Returns and Exchanges:

1. • If you change your mind, unopened and unassembled furniture can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. (You will be responsible for return shipping costs)
   • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fully assembled furniture unless there’s a confirmed manufacturing fault. 
   • If your furniture arrives faulty/damaged or any parts are missing, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. (All we request is that you provide photos of any fault/damage or for missing items confirm the part number as shown on the assembly instructions)

1. Warranty:
   • Every product is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase (excluding B-Grade products).
   • If any parts are found to be defective within this period, we’ll replace them at no extra cost.
   • For out-of-warranty parts, you can easily order replacements directly from our website, subject to availability.
