What are Returns deals?
Still stylish, still smart — just not quite perfect. Our Returns deals may feature furniture with minor cosmetic flaws or damaged packaging.
These pieces may have:
- Light surface marks such as small scratches, scuffs, or dents
- Slight imperfections in the paint, finish, or alignment
- Damaged or distressed packaging
- Signs of previous handling, such as showroom display use.
Each item is fully functional and retains the signature Frank Olsen design you know and love — just with a little added character. Please note, imperfections will vary by item, we will replace any panels that arrive damaged but panels with cosmetic imperfections will not be replaced, so we recommend considering this before purchasing.
