I can’t assemble the unit, the doors don’t align and glass doesn’t sit flush?

Where can I get samples of the products, so I see the exact colour and finish?
If you want to know more about the colour and finish of any of the products, we do have samples available in the Accessories Section.

My unit has arrived with a damaged panel, can I get it replaced?
Occasionally our units may arrive with slight damages or imperfections. We will happily send you a replacement part or panel.  Please use this form to send your replacement request. 

I can’t set up the Intelligent Eye sensor, I need to keep the doors open to use the remote.
